Magnolia Rental Property Management contacted Sanders Home Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning after I requested repairs for a central air unit for my home. The gentleman from Sanders was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He showed me images of a serious issue in need of repair before the unit can be used again for heating and cooling, and explained to me the reasons for the unit not operating correctly. I was unaware of the issue and how dangerous, and possibly deadly this issue was. I hired Sanders Home Comfort Heating & Air, after reviewing a couple of other estimates. I had a problem with getting sufficient cool air to my Master Bedroom in a new 3000 square foot , one floor house , built by SK Builders ( You Guessed it ). I have a one zone Thermostat for the entire main floor. Evaluations of my newly installed HVAC system all came back to, ( Quote) , a disgrace to the HVAC industry. Every recommendation suggested the best avenue would be a Mini Split unit installed in my Master Bedroom.
