Everyone I had contact with at Long’s heating was very friendly and responsive to my request for quote. Jason came to our house, surveyed what needed to be done and made suggestions about systems we should consider. We received the quote quickly and decided to have Long’s install our new heat pump. The installers, Kevin, Tommy, and Bradley called before they came. Once they arrived, they went right to work. They went about their business in a professional manner and had the installation completed in about 6 hours. The old equipment was hauled off and everything was cleaned up before they left. We would definitely recommend Long’s for this type of project.
