We have three York units. They are whisper quiet, BUT, I don't think we'll use York again. To be fair, I think most of our problems have been related to install (by a different company, that is, not ironically, no longer in business) but it's been a huge headache to deal with. Thankfully, Soto has faithfully honored our warranty and held themselves to a high standard of putting customers first.“

Heat recently went out and kept getting bad luck with the motor everytime they came to fix it because they were sent the wrong one or the new one was a lemon and they did what they could to make it right and get it fixed as quickly as possible. Always arrive when they say they will and every technician I’ve had was very nice, professional and answered all questions and addressed any concerns and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.
