Kyle was fantastic to work with. He quickly identified that the issue with my AC was actually due to something that had been installed incorrectly previously. He fixed the problem promptly, and because it was correcting a prior installation issue, he didn’t charge me for the repair. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend!
I am very pleased with Easy Air and their staff! Jennifer was very courteous and friendly in setting up an appointment to look at the problem I was experiencing with my air conditioning. I called that morning and Kyle and his partner arrived later that afternoon-even though they were running behind schedule they still made it that same day! I really appreciate their honesty, professionalism and dedication to doing everything the right way! I also appreciate the same day service! I will definitely… read full review
I purchased a unit from Easy Heat and Air about a year and a half ago. Today I had a problem with it not cooling. They had someone out within a few hours on one of the hottest days of the year so far. He got it fixed in about 30 minutes and our house is cool again.
Thanks!
