Kyle was fantastic to work with. He quickly identified that the issue with my AC was actually due to something that had been installed incorrectly previously. I am very pleased with Easy Air and their staff! Jennifer was very courteous and friendly in setting up an appointment to look at the problem I was experiencing with my air conditioning. I called that morning and Kyle and his partner arrived later that afternoon-even though they were running behind schedule they still made it that same day! I purchased a unit from Easy Heat and Air about a year and a half ago. Today I had a problem with it not cooling. They had someone out within a few hours on one of the hottest days of the year so far. He got it fixed in about 30 minutes and our house is cool again.
