We have used Authorized Heating & Air for years & always had a good experience. Most recently they sent someone out on a Saturday & within just a few hours of us calling to say the heat wasn’t working in part of our house. It ended up being an easy fix but the guy that came out was very thorough & stayed for a while to make sure the problem was solved. We are very satisfied customers.
