We also appreciated that he came out on a Saturday, diagnosed the issue and was back early Monday to get started, then stuck with the job till it was done. W/ in minutes everything was ordered and an install time was set up. When my mom arrived at the house she decided that she didn’t want the bars. I reached out to Mica to see if I could cancel the order and he mentioned that “customer satisfaction is our priority” and that he would do whatever we would like.
