AC stopped cooling yesterday late afternoon. Called and Keith called back promptly and did some troubleshooting on the phone. A service visit became necessary. He was out early early this am. He called ahead at the time he said he would and showed up when he said he would. He was prompt, professional and very competent. Capacitor needed replaced. He was in and out in 20 minutes and it’s working fine. They installed this unit in July 2017. My thanks to Keith at AC Heating and Air!

Seth came out for semi annual maintenance. I asked him to please check my duct runs and dampeners as I never could get upstairs below 77 even when it was only 80 degrees outside. After repositioning the flexible duct runs that were hung up by zip ties I had good airflow today and was able to keep upstairs below 74 degrees. When ever I called them they were responsive.
