I am helping manage a beach rental while the owner is out of the country and the AC went out. Not fun!! He then rearranged his plans and came out within 12 hours to fix the problem and gave me his personal contact. He doesn’t know this, but HVAC issues have been my personal hell in my own home. With his level of service I will be switching my calls to him from another local firm. I got honesty, quick help, and professional service on a summer weekend in Charleston. I’m seriously impressed and grateful.
Amazing personalized service. The owner came to my house after hours to check on my unit. I have utilized their services for many years and always dependable and do what they promise to provide. He replaced a critical part to get us through the night. His service techs arrived before 7am the very next morning to complete the repair. Very professional, timely, and accurately fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them and will continue using them exclusively for my air and heating needs. 10 out 10
I can’t thank Bernie and his team enough! My AC stopped working and I called them yesterday at 5 pm. They came right over and told me what was needed “compressor” and had the part for me first thing this morning. Team was amazing, professional and I am beyond thankful they made it happen so fast in this heat! Highly recommend
