My air conditioner stopped working on a recent holiday, and it was hot! I contacted Myatt Air Conditioning and was told all of their available workers were on jobs, and they would call me back to let me know when they could help. A few minutes later, I received a call from the owner, Bernie, who had been contacted on his way home after a long day. He got my address and got to my house within 30-45 minutes from my initial call. He had some parts available in his truck and got my AC working immediately. The price was more than fair, particularly considering it was an emergency call on a holiday weekend.
The AC at my house went out on a Friday evening in the middle of summer. I called Myatt Air Conditioning and got a call back from the owner, Mr. Bernie. He and Mr. Harold were at my house at 7:30 am the next morning, a Saturday, and got my AC back up and running!!! Thank you very much!!!
Our AC had been super sluggish and then stopped working on a Friday evening. We called Myatt AC and Bernie took the call. He showed up Saturday morning at 7:30am and quickly diagnosed the problem. Since we have a crap unit (thanks, Lennox!) we will need new coils and a few other things. Bernie’s promptness and professionalism make it an easy choice on who will be doing our repair work.
