Great service- helpful, quick response to emergency situations. Office staffer Julia is excellent and communication from technical support is always appreciated. We get a call after the appointment with what was wrong and how it was repaired. Very helpful when we’re not always on site.Services: HVAC system repair

This is the second time we have had green dot to our home. Yes, our AC is getting older and some parts are failing. This team has been amazing. I started with the promise of getting an appointment When your AC is out you’re anxious and they arrived next day. They put a rush order on parts as soon as the part was in they came the next morning and worked diligently to get the house cooling. And our opinion this group is great and very buttoned up. And the moment you get the call from the office to confirmation they are on the way to personal introduction, and to explaining what’s going to take place in Win.
