Seth came out for semi annual maintenance. I asked him to please check my duct runs and dampeners as I never could get upstairs below 77 even when it was only 80 degrees outside. After repositioning the flexible duct runs that were hung up by zip ties I had good airflow today and was able to keep upstairs below 74 degrees. When ever I called them they were responsive.
Super fast reply and someone came out the very next day. Mike B. was amazing! He was very knowledgable and explained everything in detail. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
