When our hot water accessory tank failed, our usual repair team told us it would be three weeks before they could fit us in. With a family of six, that meant no hot showers, no dishwasher, and no warm water for laundry—such a bummer.

That job ended up taking him all day, and when he arrived at our house at 5 PM, I fully expected him to say he'd have to come back another time. I called Blanchard Plumbing at 230pm on a Friday and they came and drained the system, cleared the air from the line, replaced the faulty part and got it back up and running for us. Updating I Blanchard installed a new toilet and bathroom vanity for me - I had an appointment and they arrived on time. The plumber was extremely nice, neat, personable, professional. Edit to update: I have since had the pleasure of working with Blanchard on a bathroom renovation and today replacing a rotted outdoor spigot.
