When our hot water accessory tank failed, our usual repair team told us it would be three weeks before they could fit us in. With a family of six, that meant no hot showers, no dishwasher, and no warm water for laundry—such a bummer.

That job ended up taking him all day, and when he arrived at our house at 5 PM, I fully expected him to say he'd have to come back another time. Instead, he got straight to work—and didn’t stop until 2:30 in the morning. I was blown away by his dedication, professionalism, and the fact that he went so far above and beyond to make sure our family had hot water again that same day.

The installation itself looks fantastic—clean, professional, and solid. He was also kind, personable, and respectful throughout. We had received another quote from a different company that was not only more expensive, but would have taken longer to get to us.

On top of all that, he was especially kind and patient with our son, who has special needs. Just a really nice person and an absolute rock star of a professional. We are so grateful and will definitely call him again for any plumbing needs!“

“Eversource replaced my meter today and my water heater would not restart. I called Blanchard Plumbing at 230pm on a Friday and they came and drained the system, cleared the air from the line, replaced the faulty part and got it back up and running for us. Extremely nice and professional service! So glad we called them and plan to work with them again! Highly recommend ! Updating I Blanchard installed a new toilet and bathroom vanity for me - I had an appointment and they arrived on time. The plumber was extremely nice, neat, personable, professional. Did a great job and price was reasonable. I would not hesitate to work with Blanchard again in the future.
Edit to update: I have since had the pleasure of working with Blanchard on a bathroom renovation and today replacing a rotted outdoor spigot.
