We needed to replace a 20-year-old toilet in a hurry, before our guests arrived from Texas. Jim quickly scheduled the replacement and arrived on time. Unfortunately, the toilet's base had been broken during shipping. Jim took the broken toilet back to the warehouse and picked up a new toilet and was back in an hour to replace our old toilet! Not only is Austin Plumbing extremely reliable, fairly priced but they go the extra mile to ensure their customer is more than just satisfied. We have been using Austin Plumbing for the past 10 years and we wouldn't use anyone else!
