“We had a 20+ year old unit using the old coolant and it was low and leaking, so we had Klings put a new system in for us. Installation was quick, the price was right, and the techs were awesome. However, 3 days later, it started blowing warm air intermittently. I called a tech out on a Sunday and he came out, but when he got there, it had already started blowing cold again, and he couldn't diagnose anything. It did it again on Monday, and that's when they sent Josh out. Josh checked EVERYTHING but couldn't figure out what was wrong, he instructed me to call him when the issue was happening so he could see it in action. Later that day, I called, and sure enough, he was there in 20 minutes and found that the compressor was faulty from the factory. He tried everything to fix it to no avail, and then called the manufacturer and started the warranty process. Of course, we all know manufacturers are very stingy with offering warranty replacements, but Josh was persistent with them and they did approve it. Today, the new compressor was installed, and we finally have cold air. I can't thank Josh enough for his strong communication skills with us, and his persistence to get it diagnosed and fixed quickly. He definitely made the entire process so much less stressful for us. We were their last stop at 6:30 at night after working all day. “If you have an issue with your heater, this is the company you should call. We have had issues with our heating system for years. We had our unit serviced every year and the service company just kept guessing and did not offer to really try to find the issue. Edwin came and checked every way to see why the unit wasnt working properly. He came the day before this snow storm on the weekend because he wanted to make sure my family had a working furnace. He was able to find out the cause of the problem and was able to fix it just in time. We were freezing and had space heaters and electric blankets because we were not sure if it woukd be fixed in time. If you need work done from an honest company, give Edwin a call. He will take his time and figure out if it needs to be fixed or replaced. Oh and he explained everything that he checked and the cause of the problem. Trust me this company is honest and very reasonable. We will definatly call in him if we ever have any or heating/air-conditioning issue.“

I am retired and live on a fixed income and first my Truck started acting up. $$ Then the love of my life, my little dog somehow hurt his leg and was limping, needed to see a vet $$$ Then my main drain outside for some reason is clogged and now I needed a plumber $$. With trials at times come blessings. I found Ron, good reviews and they said reasonably priced. As soon as he answered his phone and I explained my problem and also my limited income I knew I had found a great guy. He came out and worked on trying to unclog it for about 1 1/2 but he couldn't get through. He explained it takes a bigger machine and his was being repaired at this time. He recommended someone else to help me. When I went to write him a check he told me since he couldn't help me that there would be no charge. He even followed up with me the next day to make sure I had found someone to help me. How rare today to find people who actually care about what they do and the people they serve.
