I was given Mike's information as a referral for an ongoing plumbing issue that we had already paid a few thousand dollars to another HVAC company to have fixed over a period of 4 years and the last time, they gave us a ridiculous estimate of $27,000 to fix. Mike came out next day gave an estimate and came the next day to do the work to fix it. He was fair and honest and it is refreshing to know there are decent companies out there. “My home has 2 HVAC systems and I use Haller to maintain them. I have also used them for plumbing issues. They service my HVAC units for both Summer and Winter. I have never had a break down due to maintenance issues. They advise you a day before to remind you of your service time. You also get a call when your technician is en route to you. The technician advises you of any issues that need to be addressed and usually has the part available in his truck. They are always courteous and take note of any issues or concerns you might have. “They’re just really good people. Local family owned business. They installed a high efficiency furnace and hot water tank five years ago and the system has run flawlessly since. They took their time and did a really good job. Had a minor equipment issue with the hot water tank’s thermostat going out a few weeks ago and they were out the next day. They didn’t even charge me for the new thermostat, even though it was a manufacturer issue and not an install issue. Very reasonable and honest people. Highly recommend!“

“If you have an issue with your heater, this is the company you should call. We have had issues with our heating system for years. We had our unit serviced every year and the service company just kept guessing and did not offer to really try to find the issue. Edwin came and checked every way to see why the unit wasnt working properly. He came the day before this snow storm on the weekend because he wanted to make sure my family had a working furnace. He was able to find out the cause of the problem and was able to fix it just in time. We were freezing and had space heaters and electric blankets because we were not sure if it woukd be fixed in time. If you need work done from an honest company, give Edwin a call. He will take his time and figure out if it needs to be fixed or replaced. Oh and he explained everything that he checked and the cause of the problem. Trust me this company is honest and very reasonable. We will definatly call in him if we ever have any or heating/air-conditioning issue.“
