I could tell that Hall and Sons were very professional from the moment I interacted with the secretary. She had me send pictures via text message, which made the process so simple. Tyler made sure that the appropriate water heater was being ordered before he even arrived to my house. I love that they send a text message at least 15 minutes before they arrive to the house. Tyler was very knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend Hall and Sons - Thank you for getting my hot water up and running again!
