“The man they sent was professional, but he looked like a man who worked for a living. He was fair honest and up front about cost. Nothing in my mind came across as a scam. He diagnosed an issue that the last HVAC guy missed completely and that tried to sell us a whole new system rather than fix the issue. REHM are people who you can relate to.
