“We had an emergency leak in our plumbing. Joe Rothermel from Mike Leonard came to check out our problem. Joe determined the problem was a clog between our house and the septic. Joe with the help of another Mike Leonard plumber worked to get the clog out and to improve the outflow pipe. Both plumbers were very courteous and obviously experienced. They cleaned up from all of their work. Pricing was very fair too! I definitely will call them again for my next plumbing need.“

“We had a 20+ year old unit using the old coolant and it was low and leaking, so we had Klings put a new system in for us. Installation was quick, the price was right, and the techs were awesome. However, 3 days later, it started blowing warm air intermittently. I called a tech out on a Sunday and he came out, but when he got there, it had already started blowing cold again, and he couldn't diagnose anything. It did it again on Monday, and that's when they sent Josh out. Josh checked EVERYTHING but couldn't figure out what was wrong, he instructed me to call him when the issue was happening so he could see it in action. Later that day, I called, and sure enough, he was there in 20 minutes and found that the compressor was faulty from the factory. He tried everything to fix it to no avail, and then called the manufacturer and started the warranty process. Of course, we all know manufacturers are very stingy with offering warranty replacements, but Josh was persistent with them and they did approve it. Today, the new compressor was installed, and we finally have cold air. I can't thank Josh enough for his strong communication skills with us, and his persistence to get it diagnosed and fixed quickly. He definitely made the entire process so much less stressful for us. I will 100% use Klings for service for any of my HVAC needs and will recommend them to anyone else in need. Extremely happy with our new A/C system!Services: A/C system maintenance“

Really ... and Lynch didn't know and they put the furnace in and checked it and they caused me to pay another bill when they should of known what they were doing.. thank you Tim for your knowledge and expertise !!
