Had an issue with our pipes and they burst due to the cold. They sent Shane out and he was awesome. He knew what he was doing and we chatted about our heater. He emailed dispatch to have them sent a heat tech (Scott) out to give us a quote on an oil furnace and a gas furnace with conversion. Scott was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He told us we would have an estimate in less than 24 hours. I could believe we got a call feom Chris a few hours later. He helped us figure out what was best. We have an appointment for a week today to have the gas furnace installed at a really good price. Prior to out plumbing issue wale didn't have a company that we used regularly, well now we do!
