They got the leak resolved and ensured we had a good holiday. They were very reasonably priced for being off hours and stayed until they knew we were squared away. “The man they sent was professional, but he looked like a man who worked for a living. He was fair honest and up front about cost. Nothing in my mind came across as a scam. He diagnosed an issue that the last HVAC guy missed completely and that tried to sell us a whole new system rather than fix the issue. REHM are people who you can relate to. “We had a 20+ year old unit using the old coolant and it was low and leaking, so we had Klings put a new system in for us. Installation was quick, the price was right, and the techs were awesome. However, 3 days later, it started blowing warm air intermittently. I called a tech out on a Sunday and he came out, but when he got there, it had already started blowing cold again, and he couldn't diagnose anything. It did it again on Monday, and that's when they sent Josh out. Josh checked EVERYTHING but couldn't figure out what was wrong, he instructed me to call him when the issue was happening so he could see it in action. Later that day, I called, and sure enough, he was there in 20 minutes and found that the compressor was faulty from the factory. He tried everything to fix it to no avail, and then called the manufacturer and started the warranty process. Of course, we all know manufacturers are very stingy with offering warranty replacements, but Josh was persistent with them and they did approve it. Today, the new compressor was installed, and we finally have cold air. I can't thank Josh enough for his strong communication skills with us, and his persistence to get it diagnosed and fixed quickly. He definitely made the entire process so much less stressful for us. I will 100% use Klings for service for any of my HVAC needs and will recommend them to anyone else in need. Extremely happy with our new A/C system!Services: A/C system maintenance“

“Contacted F.W Behler LLC today (06/20) for a minor issue I came across while replacing my floors. My stove did not have a shut off valve behind the stove. The original shut off ended up being unreachable when we remodeled the basement. It ended up being a simple fix! They were able to come same day get the issue corrected and were reasonably priced. The plumber that responded was great, very friendly and respectful. I look forward to doing more work with them in the future. Thank you for the quick response!!“
