“We had a 20+ year old unit using the old coolant and it was low and leaking, so we had Klings put a new system in for us. Installation was quick, the price was right, and the techs were awesome. However, 3 days later, it started blowing warm air intermittently. I called a tech out on a Sunday and he came out, but when he got there, it had already started blowing cold again, and he couldn't diagnose anything. It did it again on Monday, and that's when they sent Josh out. Josh checked EVERYTHING but couldn't figure out what was wrong, he instructed me to call him when the issue was happening so he could see it in action. Later that day, I called, and sure enough, he was there in 20 minutes and found that the compressor was faulty from the factory. He tried everything to fix it to no avail, and then called the manufacturer and started the warranty process. Of course, we all know manufacturers are very stingy with offering warranty replacements, but Josh was persistent with them and they did approve it. Today, the new compressor was installed, and we finally have cold air. I can't thank Josh enough for his strong communication skills with us, and his persistence to get it diagnosed and fixed quickly. He definitely made the entire process so much less stressful for us. “5 stars for sure!!! Adam’s done some work on my home years ago. He installed a new water heater, and then he sent people to install a new shower/bathtub for me. However this time around, I am blown away at the service I received! I’m selling my house and there were 3 things mentioned in the realtor feedback I wanted to take care of asap. Adam made himself available very quickly and not only handled all 3 items but ended up doing multiple other handyman type jobs around the house and let it be included in original cost!!! He even came back the following day to handle another couple things. Some of the things I’m referring to are the installation of front storm door stopper at the top, and patched the wall in hallway for the railing and then reinforced the railing. He nailed down a step that was bending upwards outside on my deck, fixed a leak from the water heater, painted 2 of my ceilings, fixed the framing on one of the basement steps so it feels safer now. Basically he can do all kinds of jobs. It was such a relief to call 1 person for everything. Very friendly and easy to work with. I’m grateful and recommend Jacoby Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber.“
