In the midst of a snowstorm, and a huge backlog of calls, Gingerich exceeded my expectations, *again*. Prompt, courteous status updates from Amanda in the office during the entire process. She sent out Neal to investigate my problem, he immediately provided a diagnosis, and set the wheels in motion to get the necessary parts.The technician was also very communicative during the process and explained the problem and the fix. Thank you so much for your prompt, courteous and outstanding service while you braved the storm for me and other clients!

Dave was great. We called 1230pm. They showed up a 130pm. Extremely friendly. Explained what was wrong, and gave us an estimate within minutes. Very quick and professional. Any other services we'll need, we'll be calling him againServices: Plumbing leak repair
