Jason did a great job for us today. Not only did he work steadily while he was here, he gave us a thorough understanding of the work he did and how to maintain the it in the future.
We had a clogged toilet. Traditional plunging would not work. Called Leo Kob. Jason from Leo Kob came to the rescue and efficiently resolved the issue. Job well done. Thankyou for timeliness and professionalism.
I’ve been using Leo Kob plumbers for many years and have always been impressed by their professionalism, expertise, and politeness and the most recent, Jason, was no exception. They always explain the options clearly with no pressure if a decision is required. The main office is also very easy to work with and communicates very well leading up to their arrival. I will continue to call them for my plumbing needs.
