Eric was an amazing technician. He was polite, thorough, and honest! He accidentally put a little ding in my basement dry wall. He immediately told me, contacted the home office and all was taken care of right then and there. Other servicemen might have just not said anything, I appreciate Eric's integrity and hard work! Thank you to Jon for fixing my clog/drain issue with my washer and kitchen sink. He was here on time (early in fact), very professional, and gave me some prevention advice to prevent future clogs. My kitchen sink and washer are draining fabulously!!
Technician performed a replacement of a portion of the house drain lines, installed additional vents and P-trap to bring system to code. Replaced leaking leaking water supply faucets in laundry area. A great job. Person was well organized. Took one man-day to complete.
