“Mark Morela from Bob Means came to our home to dig up and replace a cracked drain pipe just above the floor in our laundry room. As he began excavating the area, it was discovered that the galvanized pipe under the concrete floor had rusted and needed replaced. As the job became bigger and more digging was required, Mark made sure to explain things and showed us what he was finding. Thank goodness this was discovered when it was as the rusted pipes leaking water under the floor could have eventually affected the foundation. Everything is now working as it should, and we felt it was reasonably priced for the job. We appreciated Mark’s professionalism, outgoing nature and keeping us in the loop on everything.“

She answered all of my questions and had everything in stock that I needed to take home the same day. I had previously purchased a faucet from Lowe's/Home Depot and the handle was leaking like crazy. It may be cheaper initially but the parts are of a lesser quality from these box stores and you end up paying more to a plumber and for home repairs due to the leaks and water damage those cheaper faucets cause. Fager gives a life time warranty on their faucets and soap dispensers, so it is worth the extra cost up front. I would absolutely recommend Gwen and her team at this Harrisburg location.“

“If you have an issue with your heater, this is the company you should call. We have had issues with our heating system for years. We had our unit serviced every year and the service company just kept guessing and did not offer to really try to find the issue. Edwin came and checked every way to see why the unit wasnt working properly. He came the day before this snow storm on the weekend because he wanted to make sure my family had a working furnace. He was able to find out the cause of the problem and was able to fix it just in time. We were freezing and had space heaters and electric blankets because we were not sure if it woukd be fixed in time. If you need work done from an honest company, give Edwin a call. He will take his time and figure out if it needs to be fixed or replaced. Oh and he explained everything that he checked and the cause of the problem. Trust me this company is honest and very reasonable. We will definatly call in him if we ever have any or heating/air-conditioning issue.“

“The two gentlemen who came to service our toilet were two of the most personable, professional and competent technicians that I have ever experienced. We were their last stop at 6:30 at night after working all day. They analyzed the problem instantly, proceeded to take care of it and make some great suggestions on how to remedy future such problems. Highly recommend“

“We had a 20+ year old unit using the old coolant and it was low and leaking, so we had Klings put a new system in for us. Installation was quick, the price was right, and the techs were awesome. However, 3 days later, it started blowing warm air intermittently. I called a tech out on a Sunday and he came out, but when he got there, it had already started blowing cold again, and he couldn't diagnose anything. It did it again on Monday, and that's when they sent Josh out. Josh checked EVERYTHING but couldn't figure out what was wrong, he instructed me to call him when the issue was happening so he could see it in action. Later that day, I called, and sure enough, he was there in 20 minutes and found that the compressor was faulty from the factory. He tried everything to fix it to no avail, and then called the manufacturer and started the warranty process. Of course, we all know manufacturers are very stingy with offering warranty replacements, but Josh was persistent with them and they did approve it. Today, the new compressor was installed, and we finally have cold air. I can't thank Josh enough for his strong communication skills with us, and his persistence to get it diagnosed and fixed quickly. He definitely made the entire process so much less stressful for us. I will 100% use Klings for service for any of my HVAC needs and will recommend them to anyone else in need. Extremely happy with our new A/C system!Services: A/C system maintenance“
