Years ago my parents had them rebuild our house. It had some serious structuralstructural issues. They had to replace a number of the support beams of the house with steel i-beams and then they put in a concrete and slate floor in the entrance hall. The kitchen they built was just incredible and was one of the most beautifully done kitchens I've ever seen. The quality of the craftsmanship was as good as anything I've ever seen and the honor and integrity of Jerry Ganz and his crew was inspirational. I wholeheartedly recommend

Jake at Weller’s Lock and Key Service is hands down one of the nicest and most fair people you’ll ever do business with. My commercial key snapped on a Saturday afternoon—on the coldest day of the year—when the shop wasn’t even open. I called anyway, and Jake met me at the shop, cut two new keys, and had me back in business fast.
Because I’ve worked with him before, he took care of me and gave me a more-than-fair deal. That’s just the kind of guy he is. He always shows up when you’re in a pinch, and once he knows you, he treats you like family.

My hair hasn’t been in the best condition, so we talked through everything honestly—what I wanted, what was realistic, and all the options in between. She never made me feel judged. Instead, she guided me, explained everything, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
She truly went out of her way to make sure I walked out of that door feeling beautiful.

I was in Scranton for a wedding. I had "yelped" this salon a couple weeks before, but decided I could do my own hair and makeup myself. As I was walking around the area I realized I was close by and decided to go in. So glad I did, they were able to take me the next day (day of the wedding). Selena (sp?) did a wonderful job on my hair and makeup, asked questions about what I wanted. Really liked how I looked and it lasted all day and night. Cute one-stop salon, you can get it all done here! Good customer service, reasonable priced. If I ever visit Scranton again, I know where to come.

Dan is a great guy and phenomenal barber, I come here routinely with my 6 year old son for haircuts. Dan always gets the job done in a timely and professional manner; he’s a really down to earth guy and very easy to talk to. The shop is always meticulously clean and it is very easy to book appointments with him via the booksy app. I schedule out 1-2 months worth of haircuts on the app and am always seated as soon as I walk in. got my septum pierced here by Chris last year. went back yesterday and got a helix and a naval piercing. my boyfriend got his septum done too. Chris is super chill and down to earth, and he makes you feel super comfortable and goes through all of the aftercare and everything very thoroughly. there were 2 people waiting to be pierced when we walked in, and even then we were there for less than an hour. my mom loves getting her tattoos done here by Andrew too. Love the whole staff, and the atmosphere is so dope. even the other customers in the waiting room were super cool to chat with while we were waiting. love this place!! :)

We've had them come 3 times. The first time was an emergency, and they got our heat up and running in under 2 hours. The 2nd time they came to check a problem and advised us to wait and see, asking for no payment after being here for half an hour. They're back again, checking a leak, and it's great to have a competent plumber you can trust, and they pay attention to their customers.

I highly recommend this company. At my friend's convent (a VERY large building), we experienced a disaster of sewage backing up from multiple drainage openings in the basement floor. After a full day of cleaning and disinfecting the affected doors, my friend contacted several neighbors for recommendations of companies to clear the obstruction(s).
Multiple neighbors recommended Rossi Rooter, so my friend called immediately after 8:00am, the next day. A crew came out ~2-1/2 hours later and, after only about 30 minutes, the problem was resolved. The responsiveness, the crew's professionalism and the price were all great.

First, they agreed to come give an estimate before we leave for work, so we didn’t have to take a day off. This meant they started their day earlier than normal.
Second, the estimate was reasonable and fair!
Third, our hot tub arrived earlier than expected and they fit us into their schedule within 48 hours.
They even offered to help move the tub if we needed.
And finally, they were quick, efficient, clean and committed to their original estimate.

Mike is amazing! I had purchased an antique bi-fold secretary desk but the lock that activated the plunger portion to keep the door panels together was not functional. When I purchased the desk from an antique dealer he did not know how the bifold door sections could be folded together. Mike went above and beyond, to say the least, to repair the worn parts of the lock and made a key so that it now works perfectly, making the desk functional. He enjoys what he does, and more importantly genuinely enjoys helping people, a rarity in the business world today! He is also VERY reasonably priced, prompt, and attentive to even the smallest job. I was having the worst morning when I locked myself out of my house and could not find my car key. So I called and they got me in the same day for both. They helped me into my home and replaced my lost key. Shawn was super helpful and courteous. He made the entire ordeal less stressful. I will definitely be referring them to anyone who needs a Locksmith.

Ali did an incredible job on our three oriental rugs. He and Henry picked the rugs up in Honesdale (for a small fee...we're 45 minutes from Scranton), cleaned them expertly and brought them back looking like new. We expected that the work would be impeccable from all the other reviews we read. And it was!! Not cheap but worth every penny. What we didn't expect was to learn about the place of origin and age of all of our OTHER Oriental rugs...we have a lot of little rugs we were given by a collector in the family. Ali is so thoroughly knowledgeable about all things rug...we were amazed. He is also a super nice man. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him and will do so again!

Excellent care my dog was very ill and old Dr Keith Dorton and Dr Kyle Dorton and Maria are very caring kind compassionate people, my tucker relieved Excellent care and tucker loved them, the day he was euthanized at 19 years.old, I never seen so much kindness and compassion from the entire staff and Kyle was the Vet who tended to him he was very gently and mourned right along with us, we were given privacy with Tucker before and after, I would highly recommend scranton animal hospital to anyone, prices are reasonable bit what matters to me and is the most important is there kindness and compassion.

I have been attending Susan’s aerial yoga classes for over five years, and they continue to be a highlight of my routine. Her classes flow seamlessly from one pose to the next, creating a balanced experience that offers a deep, satisfying stretch while maintaining a sense of calm and relaxation. Susan has a gift for guiding students through movement in a way that feels both intentional and restorative. In addition to her regular classes, she also offers aerial arts workshops that are thoughtfully designed and a great opportunity to build skills. Her classes are welcoming to all levels, making them accessible for beginners while still engaging and challenging for long-time attendees.
Recently, Mission has expanded its offerings by welcoming a new aerial instructor, Jessica, who brings a fresh and dynamic energy to the studio. Her classes provide an excellent full-body experience, combining deep stretching with focused strengthening work. She has a clear, supportive teaching style that helps students feel confident exploring new movements, while still offering options to meet each person where they are. Jessica creates an encouraging environment where students feel comfortable trying something new, and her approach keeps the class both accessible and engaging.
SHY has become my new safe haven!! For me at least, it’s always scary going to a new studio where you don’t know anyone or what to expect. All of the instructors so far have been so welcoming as well as the other students. There is a broad diversity in gender, age, and practice level which is very comforting and makes the experience less intimidating. Cannot wait to become a regular :)
I visited Dave while on a business trip and was very impressed. He gives legit deep tissue massages and really knows how to work out stubborn knots. On top of that, he’s super friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive when scheduling. The whole experience felt professional but relaxed at the same time. This place is definitely a hidden gem, and I highly recommend Dave if you’re looking for a quality massage that actually delivers results.
Went in for a foot massage and was not disappointed. Very relaxing and most comforting and very reasonably priced. Will definitely return
