I live on lake Wallenpaupack and recently hired Smurl HVAC to install five ductless Mitsubishi Hyper Heat units in my home.Chris came initially to look at our home inside and recommended placement of each unit and size for each room . Chris patiently explained how the units worked and answered all our questions . My wife and I were very impressed with his knowledge and patience .We agreed on a date of install .Chris and his crew of six showed up on time. I have had Chris and Jerry do multiple projects for me. Always exemplary work. They are always on time or they call unlike many others. When they're done, the job is right and they clean up after themselves. One job was installing natural gas pipe in my house. When the utility came to inspect he asked who did it as they were impressed. I wouldn't call anyone else.
We recently had a split HVAC unit installed in our attic.
The installation team worked efficiently and and worked together well.
Chris, the installation leader was excellent and provided vital information throughout the process, including review of the controls and using the well designed app.
