Most importantly, my father was pampered and kept comfortable in his last days by all of the genuinely compassionate staff there. They were all truly amazing: the nurses, the aides, the doctor, the chaplain, and the administrative staff! They kept me updated and educated about the hospice process, readily answered questions I had and addressed any needs I had for my father immediately, made sure I was taking care of myself throughout the long hours and days being there for my father, and provided hugs and support after he gained his angel wings.
