I love this place!!!... the owner Frank is the guy that you got to see. He is absolutely one of the best tattoo artists in northeastern Pennsylvania. He will work with you on any design that you want. He is very patient, very knowledgeable about how to take care of your tattoo and what to do if you need numbing cream added beforehand. They also do piercings as well. Got to get down there and check out all the other tattoo artists that he has in his shop. Check out the Ukraine tattoo artist! Check out the man rob!

I was nervous at first, but after getting to the back room, the nerves went away. I wanted to get my navel redone after 6 years of no piercing due to pregnancy. Rob was able to just push the new piercing through and didn't need to redo it, and man, was I happy!

Loved how me & my sister tattoos came out and Rob was definitely awesome from making the appointment to the finishing the tattoo and he does good with piercings as well. I will be coming back to him!!
