Anthracite Electric is awesome!
First, they agreed to come give an estimate before we leave for work, so we didn’t have to take a day off. This meant they started their day earlier than normal.
Second, the estimate was reasonable and fair!
Third, our hot tub arrived earlier than expected and they fit us into their schedule within 48 hours.
They even offered to help move the tub if we needed.
And finally, they were quick, efficient, clean and committed to their original estimate.
Great men who I would hire again!
Anthracite gave me a quote for a small job that I couldn’t handle myself. Jim, and I believe a young man called Mike, came on-site and reviewed the job and I received a quote within a couple of hours. The quote was great, very reasonable I thought. First availability was a couple of days later. Jim and Mike came back onsite and completed the work. Jim and Mike were extremely courteous, professional and thanked me afterwards for choosing them. I received a follow-up call a couple of days later by Mike, the owner. I would highly recommend Anthracite Electrical.
We had the pleasure of meeting Mike and his crew through a general contractor that was doing a renovation for us. For the initial job, Ed did an incredible job of exceeding what we expected. The work was done beyond our satisfaction. Since then, Mike's team has done two other jobs for us. Both were done completely and priced fairly. They left our house as clean as when they found it. There was no sign of having any work done. They were also very prompt on follow up and also helped educate us to getting the job done right.
