Called for a tow on Black Friday. Brian showed up faster then any of the other tiw companies. From the time I contacted him and he showed up it was a half hour later. Very professional and courteous. Will be calling him again if I ever need a tow in the future.Now 2 months later and I needed a tow with another vehicle. Insurance roadside assistance had me sitting for 2 hours and couldn't find anyone. I called Brian up and he was there within a half hour of calling. In the mean time I contacted Insurance company and they contacted Brian and they paid him. Great guy and will definitely keep calling him to help if I break down again.
Doc Smola and his staff are top notch with their knowledge and execution of treatments. The communication is key as they understand issues and problem solve. Highly recommend anyone see them who is looking for answers regarding their health.

A metal piece on the base of our decade's old Tiffany lamp broke and we thought it was lost forever. We took it to The Lamp Factory and they ordered a small part and repaired it for less than $20. The staff were so friendly and store has the most beautiful lighting you can find anywhere. We highly recommend this awesome local business.

Old forge office is my main office for well visits since i also live in old forge but when i need a sick visit i can always get one at dickson city. I always get a call back from the nurse and same day sick visits. They listen to my concerns and respect my medical decisions in regards to my children. For new mothers and families in general this is the only place i would recommend. They offer formula smaples to help out when a change is needed or just when times are hard. They also give me letters for work and fill out forms needed for daycare asap. They answer my questions completely and I never wait more than 10 minutes to be called for my appointment.

Just had central a/c added to my house , I cannot be more impressed by the installers who did the work . The professionalism , knowledge , hard working attitude and pleasing personality of everyone made a naturally tough job go smoothly. At the end of every day they would clean and vacuum each work area , after installing new duct work and vents we now have a central air system that looks as if it was an original part of a 55 year old house.

Highly recommend. I had 4 separate water meters installed on a rental unit. Steve took care of everything for us from ordering the meters to the install.Also, had a gas range converted to propane. All I had to do is ask Steve and he took care of everything.

I recently had an unexpected dental emergency that was causing me constant severe pain and required an immediate tooth extraction. Due to bad experiences with other unrelated dentists in the area and not having dental insurance, I was quite apprehensive. However, my experience (on 09/07/2023) with Dr. Umerich and his team was nothing short of exceptional. Overall, my tooth extraction experience was as smooth, quick, and painless as it could possibly be, and I am incredibly thankful for that!Allow me to share my positive experience in full.After visiting several other dental practices in the area and experiencing downright atrocious service, (mainly consisting of sitting in waiting rooms for hours only to have the doctor take one look at a single blurry x-ray and attempt to convince me that I need a plethora of expensive procedures on other teeth, pushing their teeth whitening/cosmetic services, and refusing to provide any solution or aid to the actual tooth causing me pain due to my disinterest in the other unnecessary services), I began to lose hope that I would ever find a dentist that could help.However, due to the severity of the pain and a trusted friend's recommendation, I scheduled an emergency visit with Dr. Umerich and was able to be seen the very next day.Throughout the entire process, Dr. Umerich's expertise and skills were evident. Dr. G and the staff are absolutely amazing and exactly what you call true genuine customer service , but with a family feel. I have been getting my back and neck adjusted by Dr.G for a while now (few years) and honestly feel so much better every time I see him . Highly recommend !!! A+

Would just like to give a shout-out to my amazing stylist I had today at the Dickson City location, Kat. When it comes to this location I usually expect a 50/50 result, meaning sometimes I love the results and other times I’m questioning my decision to get it cut in the first place as the way it’s set up makes it a bit hard to request the same stylist or barber every time, but I’ll definitely be trying to stick with her going forward. I’m a bit more on the nervous side when it comes to explaining how I like my hair to be cut (as I’m sure some other men can relate to), but she did everything in her power to reassure me it’s okay and not to worry about it. We went over what I was looking for a little bit and she made sure to understand exactly what I wanted before cutting a single hair off my head. She took her time and was super kind and courteous explaining the stuff she was doing to me and checked in multiple times with me to make sure the direction it was going was good… well the results were perfect and I couldn’t have asked for a better haircut. I almost made the mistake of not grabbing her name before I left, but another very kind associate helped me with that so when I go in I can request her going forward and he also rocked too (unfortunately didn’t grab his name). If I could leave a higher rating for the experience I had today I would, thanks to this Great Clips location for having these two great employees, I’ll definitely be much more comfortable going forward coming here! Highly recommended going to see her if you are a little shy or nervous getting your hair cut as well! THANK YOU AGAIN!
