My hair hasn’t been in the best condition, so we talked through everything honestly—what I wanted, what was realistic, and all the options in between. She never made me feel judged. Instead, she guided me, explained everything, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
She truly went out of her way to make sure I walked out of that door feeling beautiful.
