--Jamie Shorten - VP: All the positive reviews are correct about him. My experience with Jamie was wonderful. He is highly intelligent, he is very good at sales, he is down to earth, he is good and nice (there is certainly a distinction and he is both), he is professional, excellent at his job, and is highly skilled. He displayed to me that he cared about my project. This is why I chose to purchase a home with Shorten Homes. Thank you.
--The Muncy Home modular product itself I thought was a good product. The product looks great! The Foundation subcontractor I thought was highly skilled as well. It was an impressive process to see.

Provided good customer service, was an effective communicator when faced with challenges, he was relatable and professional, calm, exceptional listener, and exceptional at his skill set. It was like watching ballet with machines. It was incredible to watch.

Shawn had the right balance of customer service and commitment to the project that spoke volumes and really made the quality to many aspects of the house and property. Shawn cared about the project. He is highly skilled at his craft too in his use of heavy machinery. He is a hard worker who should be recognized for his excellent and appropriate customer service skill-set. Thank you.
--Monty and Willy of Rock Hill Plumbing sub-contrator: - Willy was really smart and knowledgeable and an excellent listener. Thank you, Willy. Monty was excellent at customer service, looked out for the customer, gave it his all, and displayed that he cared about the work. Monty was pro-active and would find a way to address inevitable mistakes or challenges in stride and offer solutions to inevitable obstacles along the way of any project. This display in pursuit of excellence, not perfection is what I admired most.
