I highly recommend this company. At my friend's convent (a VERY large building), we experienced a disaster of sewage backing up from multiple drainage openings in the basement floor. After a full day of cleaning and disinfecting the affected doors, my friend contacted several neighbors for recommendations of companies to clear the obstruction(s).
Multiple neighbors recommended Rossi Rooter, so my friend called immediately after 8:00am, the next day. A crew came out ~2-1/2 hours later and, after only about 30 minutes, the problem was resolved. The responsiveness, the crew's professionalism and the price were all great.
Rossi Rooter was amazing to work with. They were hard working and got the job done (even after other companies said it couldn't be done without spending much more money). They cleaned up and fixed everything - including replacing sidewalks and grass. They were done in 3 days (excavating our basement and replacing sewer pipes). We will definitely be using them again if we have any other plumbing needs. Highly recommend them!
Rossi Rooter is the only company I will ever use for drain and sewer repair. Every aspect of my interaction with them was prompt professional and helpful. The customer service was excellent and the work was very thorough. The laborers were extremely friendly and worked hard every day they were on site.
