Joe did a fantastic job of helping us AFTER HOURS to get our furnace restarted, relighting the pilot light, and providing excellent HVAC service. If you need an HVAC company in Lancaster or York, this is your call to make!
Joe came out on a Saturday night and solved our heat problem, cleaned chimney spot blocking our furnace and got our house furnace back. No complaints and only AMAZING SERVICE AND KINDESS
I have always used Comfortable Design Inc because they care about their customers and they take pride in their work. I had no heat last Friday night and my house was 56 degrees and that is after we had all that snow on Friday. I called Saturday morning to leave a message and Joseph answered. I explained I had no heat and he offered right away to come over. I said no it was the weekend and I didn’t want to interrupt his family time. I said just put me on for Monday morning.
