One customer's air conditioner went out overnight, and a technician arrived bright and early to do a great job. Another customer had an emergency service call, and Hanes went out of their way to get an outdoor unit running again. The technician was friendly and professional, even on a holiday weekend. When an A/C stopped cooling on a 104° day, a call at 4:00 p.m. brought a technician by 4:20. They replaced the capacitor, cleaned the unit, and had the house cooling by 5:30. Customers highly recommend them for emergencies and tremendous customer service. For an 18-year-old heatpump, they helped navigate every step, explaining units, rebates, and warranties. They checked ductwork, secured financing, and even repaired an oil boiler. The company has rich expertise and integrity, and customers appreciate them and the entire crew.
Listen, these are GOOD people. I had Don help with our furnace last winter and he had a creative and effective solution to our problem. I had another company come out and want to replace a 2 year old furnace! Don fixed it and it’s worked perfectly since. And now we are having mini split issues (installed by others) and Glenn came out to work on it and he has been nothing but helpful and kind. Once again we have a unique issue that requires thought and expertise and I have nothing but praises to sing. Thanks guys!
Our experience was everything we could have hoped for. First the boring stuff. Hanes Mechanical was knowledgeable, efficient and professional, on time and on budget. Now for the important stuff, they were a hoot while working here and we were sorry to see them go. We needed a new central air unit and furnace and my sister recommended Hanes Mechanical. She had some many companies come to her house and she paid out so much money, only for her central air to stop working in no time. She was frustrated. She finally decided to check wth her Facebook friends and almost everyone recommended Hanes Mechanical. It was the best decision she made. They were able to correct the problem and to date, her ac is still working. She was so impressed with their work and their price. Now, she is recommending them to others.
