“I've been using Ted Thompson for maybe a year for regular service of AC & furnace. Even before their first visit, Tammy talked me out of paying them for service she knew based on her expertise that I didn't need when I called them to schedule. Rob, the technician I have met, is always friendly and obviously highly competent. Early last night my furnace died in the middle of a spell of sub-freezing temperatures. Rather than calling a 24-hour service, I stuck it out overnight in the house and called Ted Thompson first thing this morning. Rob was out here by 11:30 and had my furnace up and working again in under an hour. Literally a life-saver. I cannot say enough good things about this small but mighty team, but they have my business for life now. FWIW I posted on social media today about how great they are and another complete stranger from the pgh area commented "I know those folks and can confirm. Rob is the best and I could not recommend them enough!!" Strong agree!!“

“What human being answers the phone on a Sunday afternoon when it’s 90° outside and your thermostat is already reading 80°… and what technician calls back within an hour - two tops - and tells the honesty that they’re willing to come out on overtime if it can’t wait… and who fits you into an appointment the next day and has your AC back in business by mid-afternoon… This is exactly what took place with Triangle and I could not be more thankful. From Kayla taking the call, to Jim calling me back in between emergent calls, to Kevin landing on-site and doing a small part replacement that made the big difference - it’s just great to know that such prompt and personable business still exists. “We lost powerin half of our first floor. Every time I reset the breaker, it tripped again. I called South Hills electric and got on the schedule for the next day. Jake and Steve came out and got right to work. They had to pull every non-working outlet and switch on the circuit. Honestly, I thought they would not find the issue-but they did! A bare wire was touching a metal box and causing the problem. I was relieved to have it fixed.

Jake and Steve were very professional, thorough and easy to work. It was a pleasure having them in our home.i will definitely call South Hills electric again if I have any issue again. Also, while they was here, they took the time to explain how important it is to have my furnace and central air system checked twice a year. These guys are rockstars!“

“I got my ac outside unit replaced from this company last year. They took it so seriously, showed promptly and fixed. Great people!!
Today after 1 year unit didn’t work well, outside fan wasn’t running. I called them again around 8 am. Within 20 mins showed up fixed it for me. I’m happy with them. Very friendly technicians!!!
