Update – Spring Service:
Rob C. came out this spring to add the Freon to my A/C unit, and once again Craft Heating delivered excellent service. I really appreciate that they noted this step on my winter furnace installation contract and followed through without me even needing to call. They waited for the right temperature to do the job properly and handled everything quickly and professionally.

The inducer motor on my old Trane furnace has needed to be replaced for some time, but I kept putting it off and putting it off and putting it off. Until today, when it failed entirely - just in time for all the snow and ice we're supposed to get this weekend.
I had zero heat. The furnace was non-operational.
The total time from when I picked up my phone to call Craft Heating to when the furnace was back up and running was literally one hour. I don't think any service company can offer better than that. I am positively thrilled with the experience.
