I am eternally grateful for the excellent service that I have always received from Craft Heating Company. Recently, I had my furnace and air conditioner replaced. I also needed a new hot water tank and was pleasantly surprised that they could do this too. The owner of the company promptly returned all my phone calls and answered all my questions. The estimate for the work was extremely reasonable. I genuinely appreciate that Craft was able to accommodate the completion of this job even earlier than the time period that I specified. I worked with this company to install mini splits in my full home. It was really a pleasure and would highly recommend. I have never installed these in a home; and Jim answered all my questions, and I had quite a few. They were installed quickly and the employees installing were exceptionally respectful especially when I was working from home. It took about 3 days and very happy with the product.
