“Bought a Lennox AC for my house in Peter’s Twp through Kowalski (April 2023). The unit itself worked but there was a valve/control unit installled near the coils (by the furnace) that just kept breaking and the AC would stop. Kowalski came out quickly each time it happened and replaced the part. After 3 times, they had the factory rep come out and meet them to go over everything and all agreed it was installed and working as expected. Eventually Kowalski came up with an alternate installation that bypassed the need for that control unit. That was late summer. Since then everything worked as expected.Overall, I am very happy with the service and professionalism of the Kowalski team. The overall price was competitive and their after-install service was top notch (even in the face of a frustrating problem). I’m sure all of those visits to my house cost them $ but they stayed on top of the issue and kept me updated throughout.“
