We had a yearly checkup scheduled. Jason called the morning of the appointment to let me know when he would arrive. When he arrived, he explained what he was going to do and he asked if there were any issues he should address. As he was completing the checkup, he gave some pointers on what to do to help clean our AC unit outside. Overall, Jason was thorough and he communicated very well.
