I recently purchased a foreclosure. As you can imagine, several headaches came with such a purchase. One being my AC was not working. I heard good things about ZC and so I gave them a buzz. Zach came out and assessed the problem. Not only was my AC not working but my furnace was not strong enough to circulate the air to the 3rd floor bedrooms. Zach shared all the plus and minus of revamping my HVAC system with a better one. Not once did I think he was taking me for a ride and he worked within my budget. At one point during the project, Zach had some personal matters to attend to, but he still put me first to get some AC flowing before the new system could be installed.… read full review

I have 3 units on my household, middle of summer it seemed 2 bit the dust. Had a few others come out and not being able to diagnose the issue. Zack was able to get 1 up and running in 15min due to simple wiring issue and gave a great price and install to replace the other unit(compressor gone bad). His team was extremely helpful and professional, they even came back and helped with a fall checkup to get ready for winter and advised on what we can do to lower our power bill during winter. Can't say enough good things about them- thanks for all your help!

Zach and his crew were fantastic! When my air conditioner broke, Zach came the same day to take a look and replaced it and the furnace the next day. He and his crew were very responsive, and their price was very reasonable. I will definitely use Zach again and recommend him to family and friends!
