I am very happy!I had the pleasure of dealing with Patrick, the owner, and I must say, the service was phenomenal. When my furnace needed replacement, I called him on Wednesday, and to my surprise, he arrived half an hour earlier than scheduled on a snowy Friday.Patrick, along with his assistant tech and installer Frank, worked efficiently and quietly to install the new furnace. They were incredibly respectful and maintained a clean workspace throughout the process. Our furnace stopped running on a Saturday night during a Steeler game. I never thought I would get anyone to respond. Patrick picked up and scheduled time the next day to come and take a look. I got his name from the Goodman page, which is our type of furnace hoping for someone with parts available. Pricing was fair for a weekend appointment and he was friendly. House is warm again. Extremely easy to communicate with. He is very responsive with texting. The prices are very fair. And he was able to get my furnace installed on very short notice. Seems like a very honest and straightforward guy.
