“Bought a Lennox AC for my house in Peter’s Twp through Kowalski (April 2023). The unit itself worked but there was a valve/control unit installled near the coils (by the furnace) that just kept breaking and the AC would stop. Kowalski came out quickly each time it happened and replaced the part. After 3 times, they had the factory rep come out and meet them to go over everything and all agreed it was installed and working as expected. Eventually Kowalski came up with an alternate installation that bypassed the need for that control unit. That was late summer. Since then everything worked as expected.Overall, I am very happy with the service and professionalism of the Kowalski team. The overall price was competitive and their after-install service was top notch (even in the face of a frustrating problem). I’m sure all of those visits to my house cost them $ but they stayed on top of the issue and kept me updated throughout.“

After helping me deal with a problematic warranty company, they got right to work and fixed the pipes for our leaking main shower. Dan came in the next day, replaced the pipes, made clean cuts to our drywall and cement for access access that require zero to little follow up work, cleaned up after himself and showed me all the work he did in a very quick 3 hours. “This is one of the best places I've worked with for helping me with issues in the house. The person who I talked to on the phone and who came to my house was very professional, respectful, kind, and very helpful. He came very quickly on a Saturday when my heater stopped working. He showed me the problem with the heater and taught me a lot about how to fix the issue and even showed me where to buy the parts myself so I could save money. He answered all of my questions as well, very patiently. I wish I caught his name, but he was so practical and efficient I completely forgot to ask again. He even told me I could call him anytime if I wanted to do a video call to help me install the new valve on my own or if I needed him to come by again once I got the part. His instructions were really simple and easy to follow that I was able to easily swap out the old valve and connect the new one and get the heater back online. The cost for coming in on the weekend was also very reasonable compared to other places. I hope to use this place for my future repair needs in plumbing as well, as they seem to offer servicing for both plumbing and heating. Very happy with their services and would highly recommend to anyone.“

Climatech was very willing to replace my furnace only and with a quality Lennox 96% efficient unit for a very affordable price installed. “I recently used Gravener Heating and Air Conditioning and was very satisfied with the experience. Initially, I had thought my furnace was near the end of its life after being told by others that it was much older than it actually was and had an unfixable problem. I called Gravener to request a quote for a furnace replacement but during the first visit Jim was able to quickly diagnose the problem as a much smaller, common repair; he also informed me of my furnace's correct age - nearly half as old as I was originally told. This kind of honesty and professionalism should not be taken for granted. He returned for a second appointment and took care of the issue in a timely, professional manner, and at a cost which was very reasonable. I already have plans to use Gravener again for another non-emergency HVAC related upgrade to my house, and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone needing HVAC service.“

“When the Drano don't work anymore, Call Proudfoot They were great called about a shower that would not drain anymore. 1'st off they were able to come the next day. 2'nd they did a few tests and found that it was more than just that 1 drain, so they needed to get a pump to work on the main line. Only took about 20 min to get it all set up and maybe an hour and a 1/2 to get it all finished and cleaned up. Hell I probably spent more on the Drano I poured in the drain over time than what they charged for the job. I will be sure to call them again.“
