The response was fast (about an hour on a cold call) and Jenn was very professional in communication and work: she completed in less than an hour, what our other plumber (different company) couldn't do in several multi-hour operations the week before. Admittedly Jenn had additional tools that the other plumber didn't - as Jenn herself said - but she got the job done and gave us a complete synopsis of the problem and how to correct it.
