Simon came out when we lost heat in our house (on a Sunday) and was able to fix it for us very quickly. He was extremely nice, informative, and fast. We will definitely use Woodruff and Smith again in the future! This was a great experience.

After our furnace broke and another company came out and gave us nothing short of a ridiculous quote for a new furnace, a neighbor suggested Woodruff and Smith. The salesman, Jason, was at our house within 2 hours and walked us through 4 different REASONABLY PRICED options, explaining the pros and cons of each. We made our choice and it was installed within a week. The installers contacted me 30 minutes before they arrived, were on time and replaced the furnace within a few hours.
