Our boiler was broken and another company quoted us >$2000 after charging almost $200 for the quote and another $200 as down-payment for the part (which they said would take 2 weeks to come in!). We called these guys for a 'second opinion' and they were able to fix the problem right then with a simple part they already had with them in their truck! While they were there, they also bled-out the radiators and fixed a few other things. All for less then than $300. They were so nice and so excellent and took their time to fix everything we needed. AG Heating, Cooling & Plumbing has been friendly, helpful, and accommodating in addressing these and getting new plumbing and appliances installed. They've already done maintenance on the boilers, replaced the water heater, run the water line to a new fridge, and replaced a toilet. I'm also having them run a new gas line to the dryer, hook up the new washer, and hook up the new dishwasher.

As an example of good service: I had them come inspect a perpetually flushing toilet when I wasn't around to do it. I paid their service fee, and was told I could subtract that from the cost of a new toilet installation when I was ready to have that done… and they were happy to apply that when I did replace it. They are also giving me a discount on electrical work necessary to get the dishwasher set up. I didn't even ask!

So far, my experience is that AG is a company that will show up when they say, work with me to find solutions, and keep their word.“
