The team responded swiftly to emergency flooding caused by a bathroom plumbing leak, assessing the leak the same day and making the repair outside of normal hours at a very reasonable cost. They also helped with damage assessment for insurance purposes. A technician named Chuck did an excellent job, showing clear knowledge and offering solutions for an old water line close to a wooden joist in the unheated garage. Replacing the pipe with flexible plastic and fittings solved the problem, and included a new shutoff valve for the sink. He also recommended an additional shutoff valve near the main water line to bypass an old valve. The work was completed in under 3 hours, though an itemized invoice would have been helpful.

The company’s HVAC team, including Zach and CJ, received praise for their thoroughness and standing by customers during an HVAC issue. Customers appreciate their professionalism and highly recommend McVay Heating and Cooling for reliable service.
