We woke up today with a hot water tank that was leaking and irreparable, and by 7pm I took a hot shower. Same day. They replaced the tank and a pressure valve that was not functioning. Travis was professional, knowledgeable and respectful and kept us informed throughout the process. Other techs in the past have been equally great. The owners and staff are wonderful. “This is one of the best places I've worked with for helping me with issues in the house. The person who I talked to on the phone and who came to my house was very professional, respectful, kind, and very helpful. He came very quickly on a Saturday when my heater stopped working. He showed me the problem with the heater and taught me a lot about how to fix the issue and even showed me where to buy the parts myself so I could save money. He answered all of my questions as well, very patiently. I wish I caught his name, but he was so practical and efficient I completely forgot to ask again. He even told me I could call him anytime if I wanted to do a video call to help me install the new valve on my own or if I needed him to come by again once I got the part. His instructions were really simple and easy to follow that I was able to easily swap out the old valve and connect the new one and get the heater back online. The cost for coming in on the weekend was also very reasonable compared to other places. I hope to use this place for my future repair needs in plumbing as well, as they seem to offer servicing for both plumbing and heating. Very happy with their services and would highly recommend to anyone.“

“In July of 2023 there was an all day rain with heavy downpours. For the first time in the 47 years we have been living in our house we had major water damage which ruined the carpet in our finished family room. We thought this was an anomaly and had no further water damage from subsequent rains until mid-January 2024 when there was a similar rain event producing major water entry into our house again. We began researching drainage and foundation repair companies and ended up calling Isbir Construction & Landscape Corp. Mike Isbir was very thorough and nice to work with. After agreeing on a contract his crew started on a Monday. Mark Miller was the supervisor and he had a crew of four able bodied and hard working young men. Mike Isbir showed up every morning before the work began and detailed for us all that the crew would be working on that day. We needed re-grading of the land in the front and back of our house and on the left side, a new porch and stepped walkway and a new back patio with a Versa-Lock wall on one side. Work proceeded Monday and Tuesday and the crew tarped all the unfinished work areas Tuesday before leaving because rain was forecast for Wednesday. The rain did come Wednesday and it was all day with at least two periods of heavy downpours, and the water found its way around and under the tarps and we had water entry again. When Mike and the crew arrived Thursday morning we explained what happened and Mike was very apologetic and immediately got to work trying to recreate the water entry using a garden hose. He and Mark found the main points of entry which allowed Mark and the crew to know exactly where the most remediation was needed. They worked all day Thursday and Friday, finishing their work on Friday. We had an all day rain event that Sunday and I am happy to say we were dry. Thank you Mike, Mark and crew. “When the Drano don't work anymore, Call Proudfoot They were great called about a shower that would not drain anymore. 1'st off they were able to come the next day. 2'nd they did a few tests and found that it was more than just that 1 drain, so they needed to get a pump to work on the main line. Only took about 20 min to get it all set up and maybe an hour and a 1/2 to get it all finished and cleaned up. Hell I probably spent more on the Drano I poured in the drain over time than what they charged for the job. I will be sure to call them again.“

“From the courteous voice on the phone when I initially called to the professional, responsive, reasonable, and competent service from Tom, I feel blessed in an urgent situation to have Tom come within 12 hours to rescue a situation that occurred when a friend tried to replace my bathtub handle stem that broke off and the main water had to be shut off so I had no use of water at all until Tom kindly showed up at 7AM the next morning despite his busy work schedule.I was able to use my water again as Tom installed isolation valves on the water supplies to the bathtub until he could purchase new handles to install.
