Had a problem with my A/C working on one of the hottest days of the year with pets in the house.
They quick to schedule and do the repair work. Didnt try to sell me on anything I didnt need.
They gave me advice on some things that needed addressed immediately for safety reasons and also things to watch for down the road.
I can’t say enough GOOD things about A.F. Cost’s service excellence!! Receptionist was pleasant and helpful. I received a call from the owner to ensure scheduling was on time and expedited. My technicians were on time. friendly, knowledgeable and handled my A/C replacement with precision and without any issue. Price was beyond fair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! & a huge thank you to A F Cost team!!!!
I cannot speak more highly of the Cost team. I had an emergency and they were at my house in just a few hours. Robert was excellent. He communicated everything to me as he went and was extremely thorough. Shelby from the office was also very nice and had great follow up.
