Absolutely incredible experience with Sturm Plumbing! We needed a new hot water tank, and they were able to get everything taken care of the same day, even while I was in an entirely different country! They made the entire process incredibly easy and stress free from start to finish. Truly some of the best customer service you could ask for. I can’t recommend Sturm Plumbing enough. Thank you for taking such great care of us!
Highly recommend Wally and Brandon! They worked simultaneously on two different plumbing issues and were polite, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They were able to solve our plumbing problems, including disconnecting and reconnecting the garbage disposal during the installation of our new sink. When an issue arose with the garbage disposal, Wally quickly diagnosed and solved the problem for us. Excellent service and teamwork!
Sturm Plumbing installed a tankless water heater for us, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They were extremely clean, thorough, and professional throughout the entire process. Switching from a 50-gallon tank to a tankless system has been a game changer for our family of five. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of work and level of service. Communication was great, the work area was kept spotless, and everything was explained clearly. If you or someone you know is going back and forth on whether a tankless system is worth it, I would highly encourage making the switch. The only regret I have is not doing it sooner.
