I recently had a clogged floor drain in my basement that was fed by the kitchen sink. I had a big name brand come in and they were unable to address the issue and the prices they quoted me for resolving the drainage issue and installing a pressure relief valve on my main line were individually almost exceeding the total I paid with Shelton plumbing for both jobs to be completed.Not only did Caleb make this process as easy as possible, he was very knowledgeable and talked me through everything he was doing and didn't mind me hanging around and asking a lot of questions about the process. Had a clogged house trap, they were able to get me in first thing in the morning and had it cleared up and cleaned out in no time. Friendly plumbers that told me what was going on and gave me some tips on preventing issues in the future. They were up front about pricing, which I thought was very fair for being short notice. No hidden fees or surprise costs. I definately recommend.

Excellent service the plumber found the clog in the floor drain and it was cleared within an hour! Very professional super nice and really knew what he was doing and I will now only do business with Shelton!
