Called company on Monday to replace a leaking water heater and it was installed one hour later on Tuesday....**** and ***** were very pleasant and knowledgeable employees....price was lower than 4 other companies we called...we highly recommend them

Suddenly the water heater in our unit stopped working. The heater was under 2 years old. Contacted the plumber who originally installed it who referred us to Mr.WaterHeater. Richie was very professional and responsive. He sent his crew with in an hour. They replaced the part and since it was under manufacturer warranty they said they will coordinate it with the manufacturer and did not charge me for the part. Very reasonable labor cost. Called around 1:30 pm after finding my old water heater leaking. I appreciated all the information about the cost of replacement over the phone to help understand the estimate range. They were able to get to my house by 3:00 pm the same day. The two guys who installed the WH were professional and communicative. Hopefully I won't have to worry about a water heater for a long time, but I would definitely call them again if something came up.Service: Water heater installation
