In July of 2023 there was an all day rain with heavy downpours. For the first time in the 47 years we have been living in our house we had major water damage which ruined the carpet in our finished family room. We thought this was an anomaly and had no further water damage from subsequent rains until mid-January 2024 when there was a similar rain event producing major water entry into our house again. Isbir Construction from beginning to end was very informative about what my project entailed and what I could expect during the entire process. Workers were prompt and kept working each day until the job was completed and the owner of the company himself was here to advise his crew as of what had to be done. No pressure was given to me and they were able to schedule my project without any delays. What impressed me the most was how the company handled getting all the history of my problems and checking existing measures I had taken before devising a plan to suit the needs of my problems.
